The success of last year’s event has given Mishon the determination to aid more families and children by making this year’s event bigger than the last. We have all been touched by people over the years that have inspired us in different ways and Mishon’s hope is to inspire others to give back while we work to make a difference in the lives of those who have a need. Last year we had close to 1700 in attendance and unfortunately we were only able to feed a little over 1000 due to shortage of food. The event is for all ages, free and will consist of several giveaways, games, face painting, free food, Santa, and mini concert in hopes of providing a happier holiday season. Of course, we realize there are many people, organizations and causes that are worthy of our support and desperately need it. No business or person is capable of supporting all the requests they receive. However, like all community teamwork efforts if we all give our fair share, together we can provide a brighter season.
We are asking that you donate a $1, to help those that are less fortunate.Your contribution to the event will go a long way in making this fete a grand success! We would be grateful if you would assist Mishon in assuring a memorable event. In return for your generosity, your establishments’ name will be publicly acknowledged at our event through promotional announcements, fliers, press releases and banners, along with several other media outlets.
Dynasty Records, home of Interscope’s recording artist, “Mishon”, is honored to partner with Developing Options, a non-profit organization that focuses on helping, educating, mentoring and aiding underprivileged families and children. Developing Options is not just an organization that surrounds itself on one person; their slogan is ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. With our current economic crises, we the community have to be that ‘village’.
